Our beautiful Cozumel beach front home (which we call "La Ballena")
is available for your enjoyment year-round as a vacation rental
property. Located on the quiet North end of the island,
there's always easy transportation to and from the main part of
town, either via taxi or rental car.
Our rental home is located on
the island of Cozumel, which is just a few miles off the Yucatan
Peninsula in the Mexican Riviera. Direct flights are available from major
U.S. markets throughout the season through Apple charters or ATA;
Northwest Airlines, Continental and American also have flights with stop-overs in Houston,
and Delta has flights with stop-overs in Atlanta.
Of course, many
airlines and flights are also available through Cancun, including American,
Mexicana and United, with an additional flight on AeroCozumel. It is also
a short cab ride from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen with express ferry to
Cozumel. Both options are short and inexpensive and can help you easily
get to our Cozumel rental home.
We will
be happy to share our recommendations for our favorite restaurants
and activities. A complete guide is located in the home in our
"information" book. The island has several large U.S. style grocery
stores, with delis, bakeries, and most American amenities and items
available.

La Ballena is a beautiful three-story, four-bedroom home available
nestled between two major hotels. It is fully
air-conditioned with a heated swimming pool, whirlpool,
screened-in porch and an unparalleled view of the ocean.
The grounds are very well maintained and have recovered
substantially since Hurricane Katrina.
