Rates for renting our Cozumel vacation
property are as follows:
$2700/week, Dec. 15 through May 1
$2100/week, Off Season
$4000/week, Christmas & New Years
$2500/week, Thanksgiving week
This price includes daily maid service, all linens (bring your own beach towels,
please), air-conditioning, and kitchen equipment. The price does not include 12% Mexican tax. Extended stays are
available upon request. For available rental dates, please see our Calendar of Availability.
