All pricing is for weekly rentals:
$2700/week, Dec. 15 through May 15 (plus
Thanksgiving)
$2300/week, May 15 to July 15
$2100/week, July 15 to Dec. 15
$4000/week, Christmas & New Years
This price includes maid service, all linens (bring your own beach towels,
please), air-conditioning, and kitchen equipment. The price does not include 12% Mexican tax. Extended stays are
